Terms & Conditions


These standard terms and conditions govern all sales of products sold by Eteros under the GMP Solutions brand.


All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and fees. Quotes are valid for 10 days from the date on the quote. Any quoted lead times are based on current inventory status and/or product availability and are subject to change.


Payment in full is required for all orders placed on subscription. Net 30 terms may be extended on single-purchase orders following the receipt and approval of a credit application. To apply for a credit account, contact ar@eteros.com. Eteros Technologies reserves the right to withdraw credit terms extended to customers with a history of delayed payments.

Subscription orders placed through the e-commerce portal are charged automatically at the specified order frequency on the credit card provided at checkout. This can be viewed or changed by logging into your account on gmpsolutions.com.

All orders over $6,000 USD that are paid by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. Interest charges of 2% per month will be applied to overdue accounts.


Subscriptions can be monitored and adjusted by logging into your account on gmpsolutions.com. Subscriptions do not expire automatically and can be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting orders@gmpsolutions.com.


Orders outside of the contiguous US and Canada require custom shipping quotes. Shipping charges will be incurred on orders with a gross subtotal under $2,500. The order must ship to a single location in order to qualify for free shipping.

Shipping charges on subscription orders under $2,500 are charged each time the order ships and are in addition to the listed subscription price.

Refunds & Returns

The return of liquid GMP Solutions products is limited exclusively to unopened items with the original tamper-proof seal in place. The return of other non-liquid GMP Solutions products is limited to unused items that are returned in their original packaging. Returns must receive prior written approval from Eteros and be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds and credits are issued immediately after your return is processed by our service department. Please allow up to 30 business days for your refund to be reflected by your bank.

How to Make a Return

Contact our service department to receive authorization for the return.
Ship your return to the address provided by the service department. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Cost Responsibility

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping costs in returning products. All replacement, exchanged, and repaired products are shipped in the same manner as the original order. We recommend using delivery confirmation and shipment tracking when shipping packages to us.


Eteros is not responsible for consequences resulting from the use of its products in a prohibited manner or operation.
